We begin with a conversation to understand your vision, priorities, and overall aesthetic. This is where we gather the foundation of your design—venue, scale, blooms and the feeling you want to create.

DESIGN DIRECTION + PROPOSAL
We develop a tailored proposal, including mood boards, color palette, proposed floral varieties, descriptions of each element, and overall investment. This phase brings your vision into focus with thoughtful, cohesive ideas.
You will be sent a contract to sign and return with your initial retainer payment, then your booking is confirmed and we can create something unforgettable together.

We refine the design together, adjusting details and selections as plans evolve. Through this collaborative process, every element becomes more intentional and aligned.

PRODUCTION + PREPARATION
One month prior to the event date we will have a final revision call to ensure all of the details are perfected. As the event date approaches we will solidify our floral and supplies orders and begin building the mechanics. Final payment will be due at this time as well.
On the day of your event, our team handles delivery, full installation, and post-event breakdown—bringing the design to life exactly as envisioned.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Investment begins at $12,000 for weddings and large scale events. We have a starting price of $2,000 for events (engagements, corporate, brand activations, intimate gatherings, etc.).
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM INVESTMENT?
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR FLOWERS?
We source from all over! We love to use as many locally grown blooms as possible. Our main source is in Denver, with specialty farms throughout the US.
DO YOU PROVIDE RENTALS?
Our inventory includes structures (arches, trellises, etc), vases, candles, lanterns, and more. If we don't have something you want, we are happy to fabricate it, purchase it, or recommend a vendor to provide it for your event.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! We love to travel and are always excited to work in new locations. We’ve designed weddings across destinations including Texas and New Mexico, and welcome projects both nationally and beyond.
CAN YOU CREATE LARGE-SCALE INSTALLATIONS?
Absolutely. We design and build fully custom large-scale installations, from ceremony structures to immersive floral environments. Each piece is engineered specifically for the space and concept, combining structural design with intentional floral artistry.
